Priya brings peehu and makes her sit in ram’s room. priya asks doc about ram;s health. Doc tells, ram might have heard some thing shocking which has affected his heart. Lets hope the best. Doc leaves. Priya cries sitting beside him. Rajat arrives to the hospital. Nurse doesn’t allow him to go in and tells ram’s wife is with him. Rajat thinks aayesha is with ram and calls her. But aayesha will be nervous about her fashion show dress and sandals. Rajat talks to aayesha and understands that aayesha isn’t with ram. Rajat hangs on.

Rajat calls soumya and informs that ram got heart attack and asks everyone to come to hospital. Rajat hangs. Soumya tells everyone. Nats stays back with Krishna ji and every one leaves to hospital. Rajat calls dhai ja and informs about ram’s heart attack and asks about pooja. Dhai ja tells pooja hasn’t come to airport. Rajat asks dhai ja and cady to go home. Rajat gets worried about priya. Saath Nibhana Saathiya 18th September 2012 Written Update

Rashi turns back. Koki wonders looking at rashi in a white gown. Koki scolds rashi why to wear this dress to act as her helper. Jigar comes there and tells rashi you are looking good. Rashi feels happy. Jigar gives another saree and tells you should wear this sari. Koki says she is much feeling tensed. Koki leaves. Jigar takes rashi’s picture.

Ramji, ahem, gopi and dhawal will be going to the rani. Ramji asks dhawal to drive fast but dhawal tells as gopi is pregnant he is going slowly. Ahem gets message from jigar that everything is ready. So ahem also supports dhawal to ride fast. So dhawal raises the speed. Koki gets ready and rashi comes there. And rashi feels jealous of her. Koki practices her dialogues but gets nervous as she might cant do it properly. Rashi encourages koki. Urmi too comes there and reminds they should help gopi to get out of ramji’s trap. Koki gets nervous and asks rashi to become the rani. Rashi feels happy. Koki taunts, as you know very well to act and get involved into the character properly. Rashi and urmi look at eachother and gets koki’s taunt. Jigar comes there in a black suit and asks koki to come later. All three leave.

Dhawal and others reach the house. Ramji will be looking at the bunglow. Dhawal once again praises dhakiawad ki rani. While entering the house the security guy salutes ahem. All get worried. Ramji turns back and looks at ahem. Ahem too abruptly salutes the security and tells I was saluting him so he too was saluting me. Ramji nods and walks inside. Savitha will be watching these 4 people. Savitha recognizes gopi and dhawal but doubts who is ramji and ahem. Ahem gets a message that koki is not ready to become a rani. All enter inside. But jigar stops all of them and asks whether they have appointment or not. Ramji tells no. jigar scolds to come inside without appointment. Gopi tells, I know rani ji very well. I came here to make rani to taste my pickle. Urmi also comes there. Dhawal tells, we know rani ji very well. Ramji has a business of old jewelry. Jigar gets convinced and asks them to wait in the hall. All come inside. Ahem thinks for a while and asks permission to bring flowers for rani. Jigar agrees and ahem comes out. Ahem calls rashi. Rashi tells koki is afraid of doing this skit. Rashi gives cell to koki. Koki tells she is worried that their plan may get spoiled with her acting. Ahem tells she should do this for gopi.

Ramji finds a wedding picture in a room and tells jigar that he wants to use the washroom. Gopi gives a sign to jigar to stop ramji. But ramji doesn’t listen to jigar and he heads towards the room. but Bha stops ramji. Bha pushes him out. Mean while meeti changes the picture. Ramji once again checks the picture and wonders. Ahem comes back with flowers. Dhawal asks why he is so worried. Ahem tells, mom is not ready to come down. All get worried. Ramji comes back. Ramji asks still how much time he should wait for rani ji. Rashi says, who is this person who is doubting to meet rani ji.
