Netflix Show - The Great Indian Kapil Show put on hold due to legal notice

Season 3 of The Great Indian Kapil Show is being streamed with 14 episodes planned. Out of these, 13 episodes have already been completed. The 14th episode was supposed to feature Bollywood star Akshay Kumar as the guest. This episode, scheduled for streaming on September 20, has been put on hold due to legal notices.

Bollywood producer Firoz Nadiadwala has recently sent legal notices to Netflix, the OTT platform streaming The Great Indian Kapil Show, demanding ₹25 crore in compensation. He claimed that the iconic character Babu Rao Apte, originally owned by him in the Hera Pheri franchise and portrayed by actor Kiku Sharda, has been copied in the promo for the final episode of Season 3, now shown by actor Paresh Rawal.

The notice states that the character of Babu Rao is the very soul of their blockbuster film Hera Pheri, and copying such an iconic role is unacceptable. He further mentioned that no permission was even sought for its use. The producer has demanded that the said content be removed immediately, along with a public apology, and payment of ₹25 crore in damages. The demand has been made under Section 51 of the Copyright Act and Section 29 of Trademark Infringement.

In the Bigg Boss 19 Weekend ka Waar, Salman is back and has bashed on contestants. On Saturday's episode, Gaurav Khanna has been selected by most of the contestants in "Thumbnail" task, saying he is the popular one to play from behind to stay safe and to stay in good books of the audience as well. Salman bashed on Gaurav saying he isnt been seen and audience are being disappointed with his behaviour as well. GK assured that he would outcome his views directly and try not to disappoint his fans. Next comes Mridul, he has also been warned to interfere in the issues and dont disappoint his viewers as well. 

Abhishek was been warned to check on his friends. Ashnoor told Awez that she has sacrificed the captaincy task for Abhishek. But Salman shows few clips, where Ashnoor couldnt get on the table before Abhishek by which she got eliminated from the captaincy task. Salman explained Ashnoor not to take a false credit and make others low. Salman also reveals that during Nominations, Ashnoor hasnt saved Abhishek not Awez has done. Ashnoor & Awez gives an apology but seems Abhishek hurt and betrayed. 

Next Nehal is shown as evited from the house, but she has been moved to Secret room and got a special power to Nominate the contestants this week. Nehal sees Amaal being bad mouthing about her gang with Zeishan and shocks. Nehal also sees Tanya being so happy about her eviction. Lets see how Nehal turns the table while watching the contestants behaviour.

In the upcoming episodes of Mannat - Har kushi paane ki, Mannat plans Aishwarya's kidnap along with Anirudh & Vikrant. Aishwarya is taken to a room where Mannat has arranged cameras secretly. After blood boiling conversation between Mannat - Aishwarya, Mannat points gun at Aishwarya to reveal her truths. Aishwarya unknown about live cameras, reveals all her evil plans.
