Episode starts with Roni apologizing to Vikrant. Roni explains to Vikrant that they did everything for him. Both expresses their love for Vikrant. Vikrant asks him why they are crying and apologizing to him? Neetu gets worried about him. Shruthi asks him what happened to him? Vikrant says that he just fainted. He doesnt remember anything after that incident. Vikrant asks Neetu take a rest. Mannat tries to convince Neetu to reveal the truth to Vikrant. Neetu again doesn't dare to reveal the truth and asks Vikrant to get well soon and marry Mannat. Mannat goes to Neetu - Roni's room and confronts Neetu why din’t she reveal the truth to Vikrant? Neetu says that she decided not to reveal the truth to Vikrant. When she learnt Vikrant doesn’t remember anything about his childhood memories, lost her confidence. It seems God wants this too. Mannat says that it’s not god’s wish. Infact She wants this. Mannat says that we shouldn’t hide this big truth from Vikrant. She can’t see him getting hurt. She can’t start a relationship with him by hiding this truth. Neetu says that if she respects them then she shouldn’t reveal the truth to Vikrant. She threatens to kill herself if she dare to reveal the truth to Vikrant.
Neetu says that she isn’t blackmailing her. But she will definitely kill herself. Mannat has to decide it. Later, Dhairya with Vikrant comforting him. Dhairya thinks that he wishes to see his brother remember everything about their childhood. But Dhairya doesn’t want to force Vikrant to remember it all. Dhairya thinks that his mom used the wrong way to bring back his memory. Dhairya gives the medicine to Vikrant. Vikrant inquires him about Vishaka. Dhairya thinks why he is searching for his mom.
Meanwhile, Vishaka takes Susheela back to happy old age home. Susheela pleads Vishaka to leave her. Vishaka lashes out at the nurse for being careless. Vishaka complaints that she didn’t inform her that Susheela went missing. Vishaka demands her to give a high dosage of sleeping pills to Susheela. The nurse says that Susheela might die with high dosage. Vishaka says she doesn’t care and now buddi isn’t useful for her in any way but cannot allow Susheela to reveal her truth. Mallika calls Vishaka to inform that Vikrant didn’t gained his memory yet. Mallika asks her if she said the truth to her? She don’t think that Vikrant met with an accident in the childhood. Vishaka says that she didn’t lie. Mallika asks her then why didn’t he remember anything? We have to plan something else.
Mannat angrily comes and confronts Mallika that she did everything to release Aishwarya from the jail. But She won’t allow it. Mallika is like her mom, committing many crimes. Dhairya comes there. Mannat argues with Dhairya asking him to send Aishwarya back to jail. Dhairya shouts that he don’t like someone ordering her. Dhairya asks Mannat to take care of Vikrant. Mannat says she too cant take commands from someone. Mannat warns Dhairya to send Aishwarya back to the jail or else he will see the worst of her. Dhairya gets frustrated. Mallika goes to Vikrant's room and informs Vikrant that she saw Mannat with Dhairya in his room. Mannat comes there and lies to him that she was with Shruthi. Vikrant doubts why Mannat is lying with him. Vikrant also shares with Mannat that he remembers something like 2 kids with Vishaka and some accident happened. Mannat wishes to reveal the truth to him but remembers the way Neetu threated her. Neetu comes there and gives smoothie to Vikrant. Later in Neetu's room, Neetu threatens Mannat to slit her wrist. Mannat manages to convince her.
