Shreya Kalra & Kushal Tandon controversy explained

 

During Lock Upp Season 2, Shreya Kalra had a conversation with Shilpa Shinde about Shivangi Joshi’s ex-boyfriend, Kushal Tandon. Shreya claimed that Kushal had sent her a direct message after they worked together on the promo of his Sony Television show. At that time, Shivangi and Kushal were dating, though Shreya said she was unaware of their relationship. Later, when Shivangi met Shreya on another set, she confronted her about messaging Kushal. Shreya clarified that she had not initiated the conversation—it was Kushal who reached out first. Shivangi, however, was hurt after reading the chat between them.

Shreya further stated that about a month after this incident, she learned online that Shivangi and Kushal had separated. While Shreya and Shivangi were in Lock Upp Season 2, Kushal was participating in another reality show, Alliance. After Alliance ended, Kushal was asked in an interview whether Shreya’s claims were true. Initially, he did not recognize her, but later recalled who she was. Kushal denied approaching Shreya, insisting that he only messages foreign models, not Indian girls. He added that although he never contacted her, he believed Shreya had talent and could succeed as a lead actress in bigger projects.

To date, neither Kushal nor Shreya has released screenshots of their chat, and Shivangi has not publicly confirmed who initiated the conversation—though she knows the truth of who approached whom first.

Recently Kushal has posted on Twitter stating "does the celebrities doesnt belong to India, or else they have come from China Town? Bull Shit. " Now he has aimed Mannu Punjabi and taunted him saying BMW doesnt have any series but Mannu is showing off in the show that he one of BMW series.
